The Supplement to the Confidential Offering Memorandum of Emerging Manager Platform relating to the Laureola - US (QP) Sub-Fund which outlines all the relevant information in regards to The Laureola QP Sub-Fund. The document is more specific to the investment strategy, service providers unique to the Sub Fund and all fees and charges.

US LLC Agreement

Limited Liability Company Agreement – Emerging Manager Platform, LLC which provides more detailed information on the Company, the Management and how all aspects of the Company and sub Fund will work. 
  
  Signatures are required on Page 36 (but do not need to be notarised) and we will need two Page 36s signed; please also date the top of page 36.
