The Laureola Investment Feeder Fund is a feeder fund in a master/feeder relationship where the Master Fund is the Laureola Investment Master Fund. The Feeder fund is a segregated account on Emerging Manager Platform Ltd and the Master Fund is a segregated account on Emerging Manager Platform (2) Ltd.
The four documents referred to above must be given to Subscribers who wish to invest into the Laureola Investment Feeder Fund; they should be reviewed but require no action:

Anti-Money Laundering Regulations: Investors must provide the documents listed on Page 6 of “Subscription Non US” (and if the application for shares is in joint names, provide for all named investors on the form). You will need to provide a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
